The hotel was gorgeous and in a central location near to restaurants, bar Duvall street and Mallory Square, other attractions and Duval and Mallory Sq. Duval district was worth staying in. Had essentials needed in the king room, including a coffee maker and a fridge. Overall it was neat, with a private bathroom.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Partial Ocean View was clean and had an excellent balcony view. The staff were friendly, enhancing our experience, and we enjoyed complimentary water . Management's response felt dismissive to our concerns.
